I felt a little silly asking one of the kroger employees to take my picture..but I wanted to document this little moment :) I blamed it on my mom and said, "my mom just really wants to see a picture of how our day is going."

Getting it done
Today I ventured out with both kids all by myself and went grocery shopping. It wasn't really a big deal, it mostly just felt good to get out of the apartment and get something accomplished. I "meal planned" and am really looking forward to making some good, wholesome dinners for my family. I love preparing good food for people I love. I think it's a way of showing that you care about them and want to nourish their bodies with the best. I get a real sense of satisfaction when I've prepared a wholesome meal for my family. Life is good! Feeling great about getting back into the swing of things.
