while in utah, dylan was able to bless our sweet girl at my parents house. we were so grateful to be able to have an intimate gathering with family and close friends. both of her grandpas and most of her uncles were able to assist in the blessing. 

as we gathered, i couldn't help but feel so humbled by the goodness of our heavenly father. i have so much love in my heart for my baby girl and her sweet dad. it was so sweet to see all of the people that showed up that day to love and support us. clementine is so blessed to have so many wonderful people here to love her. the family is such an amazing unit of support and love. i know that it is central to god's plan for happiness in this life. 

dylan surprised us with a middle name for our baby. her name on the records of the church is Clementine Alison Pratt. He chose the name Alison after my older sister.

Mothers are primarily responsible for the nurture of their children. In these sacred responsibilities, fathers and mothers are obligated to help one another as equal partners. Disability, death, or other circumstances may necessitate individual adaptation. Extended families should lend support when needed"
